On Site Asbestos Testing

A qualified consultant will visit your home or commercial property and you can choose from the following options or ask for a custom quote.

Option 1: Asbestos Audit Including Samples – $395 (inc GST) Plus $60 per sample tested Melbourne Metro
We visit your home and complete an Asbestos Audit.
We will take samples as needed in areas that may contain asbestos and have them NATA tested as required.
* For ASAP testing results in 48 hours add 25% to prices.

Option 2: Visual or Presumptive Inspections – $220 (inc GST) Melbourne Metro
We visit your home and conduct a visual or presumptive inspection. No sampling included.

Option 3: Clearance Certificate
Provide a Clearance Certificate after Asbestos has been removed.
